Skaplig pjäs. Skulle inte våga hänga den där på vilken kedja som helst direkt.

EDIT: "Indication for the date of Yom Kippur", som jag har väntat på just denna komplikation...

Antagligen så att någon inte lyckades buda hem Patek's Caliber 89 eller Henry Graves Supercomplication och tänkte "Nej nu jävlar ska jag se till att vara bättre." Ringde VC och resultatet blev detta.
Och ja, den gjordes på beställning/förfrågan åt en specifik men ännu okänd kund.
