I ordered a watch from them last summer, it took like 2-3 months until I heard anything from them. At that point I just cancelled the order as they were not responding to my e-mails, texts or calls. If any problems with your watch you will have a really hard time to connect with them and get help (from the guarantee)… They are reliable in that sense that they will not trick you, you will get your watch or the money back, but the time it takes can be looooong.
To conclude: I will never purchase from them again.
