Lamp in watch

Hi!
I have a plan to fix light in old watch. I would ask an advise where I can find small lamp 1.5V (not diode). I understand that it is almast impossible to find original one, but if I cut it from another old watch seems I can replace it. So my question is where to find donor for lamp?

What kind of watch is it ?

Old Casio, to be honest I cannot detect the model. But I belive it is from 80-90s.

Best i think is to find a donor or a new movement . Usually supertiny small lamps that are very difficult to solder in . You need to have the right kind of lamp to . Or at least ger a new circuit for it . Some pictures would help.
