Lite citat:
"One thing is for sure: this is a bracelet built for strength, first and foremost. It's got solid end-links and the clasp, while it doesn't exude refinement, does seem extremely tough, as does the entire bracelet"
"The bracelet links look like they could be used for tank track replacements in a pinch, and once the bracelet is properly sized, despite its mass, it's quite comfortable to wear. Thankfully, the rattling and hair-pulling that often plagues bracelets on less expensive watches is absent"
"So SRP 775 passes the sufficiency test – its functionality and design can handle just about anything. And, it passes the desirability test – it's versatile and functional enough, and it's got enough cool factor going for it that you don't find yourself wanting to have it off your wrist and have something else on terribly often"
"It's been three months, more or less, since I first put on SRP 775, and it's been, for the most part, nothing short of a pleasure to wear; for $495, I doubt there is a whole lot out there that can offer significantly more and most dive watches at this price point would probably be challenged to equal what the Black and Gold Turtle offers. It's just one of those watches that for all sorts of reasons seems to naturally find its way onto the wrist every day, and as long as you can manage a 44 mm case (and again, one that wears smaller than you'd expect just from the numbers) you're pretty much good to go with one of the best Value Propositions I've seen in an awfully long time."
