Can anyone tell more about this watch? I tried with movement ref number but couldnt find any info. Year, model and value would be nice info.

what was the movement ref. number? While no expert but the dial might have been re-done, never seen an IWC logo that isn't written in cursive text.
 
Weird thing is that the movement nr you have should be a cal 854 (from 1963) not according to this IWC catalogue.

Found this gents watch which is very similar to yours in case design however dial is different. For me there is something weird with your dial...
 
I also send photos to IWC so lets see what is answer. I dont think dial has been changed. Braclet maybe, but is gold like original. Thanks for all tips!

I have an old IWC ladies watch. The text on the dial is quite similar. I find it hard to belive the dial should have been redone, but i dont know.
 
Interesting, maybe that's how the dial on ladies watches were made, but it still looks really wonky :D
