18K white gold Breguet GMT Alarm "Le Reveil du Tsar" 5707/BB/12/9V6. It features an alligator leather strap with 18k White Gold deployant buckle, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, and exhibition sapphire display case back. The 39mm solid three-body case has a rounded bezel, coin-edged band, and straight lugs with gold screwed bars, all polished. The winding crown at 2 o'clock sets the time and alarm, while the crown at 4 adjusts the second time zone. The silver engine-turned guilloche dial has black radial Roman numerals, blued Breguet hands, and a discreet signature. A date aperture and small seconds arc sit at 6 o'clock. A 24-hour subsidiary dial is at 9 o'clock, the alarm time register at 3 o'clock, and the 45-hour power reserve indicator between 10 and 12 o'clock. The watch is water-resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, 11.3mm thick, and powered by the Breguet caliber 519 F movement.
