Sökte ett strap till en Citizendykare och fann det på deras hemsida. Skulle passa min klocka enl beskrivningen men referensen hänvisade till ett strap för 20mm luggar, jag behöver ett 21mm.
Skickade ett trevligt mail och frågade om bredden är 21mm. Fick svar omgående;
DS: "We sale the straps for the different models and not in milimeters."
S: "Ok thanks. I have two JP3020-05 and the old worn out straps are 21mm and I´m looking for a correct replacement. Could you please measure the ends for me?
DS: "We sale the straps per model not per size."
S: "Ok. So you can´t help me out by measuring it? How hard can it be? You say it´s for the JP3020 but when I google the strap you refer to it´s 20mm. The JP3020 needs a strap that is 21mm. Best regards."
DS: "Google…Google…Google always Google… please order it by Google"
Scaramanga lackar ur, skriver snabbt en recension på Trustpilot och svarar lite provocerande;

Nu började det bli både festligt och intressant. Fick snart reda på att Diving Shop NL snokat upp några av min arbetsgivares epostadresser och skickar då följande meddelande dit;
"To who its concern:
Please tell Xxxx stop stalking us by email.
He spend his time and use company email adres to stalking us and write ugly rewiews without any reason in the internet, because he is nota ns never was a customer of us.
We want to warning you that if he repeat to do this one more time we are going to start a claim against Xxxx and also your company, don’t forget that legaly you are responsible for the behaviour of your employee and what he is doing in your company name.
You have tob ave more control about this legally dangerous things your employees are repeatly doing.
