Up for sale is a beautiful Rolex Explorer II ref. 16570, White "Polar", Serial N, Serviced recently and in very good condition.
The model has a three-body construction: a large and robust polished and brushed, stainless steel Oyster case (40 mm) with downturned lugs, Twinlock winding crown with protective horns, screwed case back, snap on brushed steel bezel with black Arabic numerals for the 24 hours. White porcelain dial also known as "Polar Dial" with Luminous hour markers and date aperture to "3", with the indication T < 25 (tritium dial).
Stainless Steel Oyster bracelet ref. 78790 with endings ref. 501b, Steel deployment buckle with Oyster closure.
Automatic Self-Winding Movement Cal. Rolex 3185, rhodium-plated, mechanical with "oeil-de-perdrix" decoration, 31 jewels, certified chronometer, with straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance with Microstella regulating screws, adjusted to temperatures and 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance-spring. The 24-hour red central hand with triangular tip can be used to track day and night hours when read against the 24-hour bezel, or allow the wearer to set another timezone, like a dual-time watch (GMT function). Water-resistant up to 100 m (10 ATM).
The watch is in very good preowned condition, still sharp in angles, with a very solid bracelet. It shows no relevant scratches or hints.
It has been serviced 1 years ago by previous owner, and it works perfectly in all its functions.
