Jag tror att pengar bara reserveras på kontot och om det inte blir något så dras reservationen tillbaks men jag tar nog inte gift på det...Sånt krångel blir olidligt för mig och anledning nog att skippa projekt som detta (även om jag egentligen vill).
Får man pengarna tillbaka om det inte blir något och när får man det i såna fall?

If a Kickstarter project fails, can backers still get their money back?
Two things to understand:
- Kickstarter actually only charges your credit card if the project reaches its Goal by the End Date.
- On Kickstarter, if a project does not reach its Goal by its End Date (aka if a project “fails”), then you do not get charged the amount that you donated to the campaign.
In another scenario, if a project does reach its Goal by the End Date and ends up not delivering, backers will (probably) not get their money back.
Why?
This is because after a project gets successfully funded, Kickstarter takes their cut of the amount raised (about 5%) and then has nothing more to do with the project or the owner of the project.
At this stage, it’s up to the campaigners what they do with the money that you have donated/pledged to the campaign.
The vast majority of campaign owners are honest entrepreneurs and try to get the highest quality products out to you on time, but there are harrowing stats that more than half of campaigns don’t deliver on time (if at all).
If you’re stuck with one of the projects that get successfully funded, but does not deliver, you can do the following:
- Leave a message on the Kickstarter campaign in the Comments section
- Directly get in touch with the company to ask about the status of the project
- Hire a lawyer to start legal action
In the end, it’s very important to remember that Kickstarter and Indiegogo are NOT typical eCommerce stores.
It’s not a place to “purchase” things and expect the item to be delivered within a few days. It is, however, a place to support new entrepreneurs as they hope to bring their new ideas to life.
