Som några av er vet skickade jag ner min UX till Sinn pga några fläckar som syntes på insidan av glaset. Har gottat mig åt att klockan är nere och myser i Frankfurt och blir masserad, rengjord och inoljad. Men så fick jag detta...

Your watch was analyzed by four watchmakers and two of them did not see any particles, the other two (including the customer service manager) only saw one particle by using a magnifying glass with 10x magnification.
We also tried different angles in different lights.
I´m sorry to tell you that everything is within the tolerance. The tolerance-determination is (normally) looking at the watch-face with 30 centimeters distance for 15 seconds.
Everything which is not seen in this time-frame is within the tolerance. We looked much closer on your watch and couldn´t find the described particles.
So at the moment there is nothing more I can do. I would send the watch back to you (of course still free of charge).

I´m so sorry! The email was not for you! I have another UX on my table and the customer is sure that there are particles inside! I confused the repair numbers! So I have bad news for him, but better news for you.

We can see the haze at the inside of the glass. It seems like the glass was not correctly cleaned. So we will perform a complete maintenance service and clean or replace the glass!
Again, sorry for the confusion!
The repair time will take 2-3 weeks.
